What is Lane 23 all about?

Lane 23 is a multi-concept destination where dining, music, and discovery meet. Located over 2 floors, we offer a seamless blend of a cafe, bar, and nightclub, each designed for those who appreciate curated moments and unexpected experiences.

Where is Lane 23 located?

We’re located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur’s TRX district, right at the The Exchange TRX’s Market Lane. You’ll spot us by our sleek, golden exteriorca perfect reflection of the understated elegance inside.

If you’re getting dropped off, the drop off point closest to Lane 23 is “TRX Mall Utara Entrance.”

If you’re parking, find the “D” section and take the lift up to Ground Floor and you’ll see Market Lane entrance to your left.

What are your operating hours?

Cafe Lounge opens from 10AM to 10PM on weekdays 11AM to 10PM on weekends.

Nightclub & Bar opens daily. 7 days a week. Cocktail hours from 6PM to 10PM.

Clubbing hours 10PM to 3AM.

What kind of music can I expect at Lane 23?

We offer an eclectic mix of music, from house and techno to R&B, hip hop and funk. Special DJ nights, like ‘Urban Collective’ Wednesdays & Sundays for R&B and Hip-Hop, and ‘Alter Ego’ Thursdays for deep techno, ensure a fresh experience every night.

What’s the best way to request a song from the DJ?

Our DJs curate a specific musical journey, but you’re welcome to approach the DJ booth with a polite request. Please understand that not all requests may be accommodated.

Is there a dress code?

Lane 23 is about effortless style. Smart-casual works best—leave the sportswear and flip-flops at home. Think chic, but make it your own.

Can I take photos or videos inside?

Yes, we encourage you to capture your experience, but please be mindful of other guests’ privacy and avoid using flash in certain areas.

What is the refund policy for ticketed events?

If an event is canceled by us, a refund will be issued. Otherwise, tickets are non-refundable. Feel free to contact us for more details.

What should I do if I lose something at Lane 23?

If you lose something, please inform our staff right away or contact us after your visit. We’ll do our best to assist you in retrieving your lost item.

RESERVATIONS & ENTRY

Do I need to book a table in advance?

While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend making a reservation especially on weekends or special event nights. You can book a table through our website or give us a call at +6011 2111 2323.

Can I purchase an entry fee instead of booking a table or buying bottles?

Yes, we offer cover charges from Wednesday-Sunday, allowing you to enjoy the club without a table or bottle purchase.
Monday and Tuesdays, no minimum spend or cover charges.

Is there a guest list or VIP option available?

Yes, we offer a guest list and reserved seating options for those seeking a more intimate, curated experience. Reach out to us for details

Are there any age restrictions for entry?

Yes, guests must be at least 21 years old to enter the nightclub. A valid IC or passport is required for age verification. However, our café and bar welcome guests of all ages until 10 PM. Children and underage individuals must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Yes, we have a takeaway window where you can pick up artisanal coffee and light bites for when you're on the move.

Do you take reservations?

Lunch from 12PM to 2PM is walk-in only. We take reservations only for dinner between 6PM to 10PM.
